How long do I have to sign and return the contract?
The contract allows for 7 days to return before it becomes null and void. We understand that in certain cases an extension may be needed. Please contact the General Manager if an extension is needed.
What kind of deposit is required?
Where your group is staying will determine the amount of the deposit. For groups staying with a Quarry Partner (see list), a $500 deposit is required. For groups staying anywhere else, a deposit of 25% of the contracted fees is required upon signing the contract.
What are the cancellation terms of this contract?
If a contracted group cancels more than 60 days from the date of the event, a flat $500 fee will be charged. If a contracted group cancels between 30 and 60 days of the event, a flat $1000 fee will be charged. If a contracted group cancels less than 30 days from the date if the event, the group will be responsible for the original contracted total.
What are the terms of reducing the contracted number of players?
A group may reduce their number of players prior to 7 days from the date of event and not be responsible for the reduced number of players. A group that reduces their number of players inside 7 days in advance of their date of event will be responsible for the 7-Day Guaranteed Amount. The number of players for final billing will be determined 7 days in advance of their start time.
What is the rain policy of The Quarry Golf Club?
The rain policy at The Quarry Golf Club is determined by a variety of factors and just because it rains, does not guarantee your group will be removed from financial liability. We first look at the actual weather conditions of the day and determine how fit the weather is for playing. Lightening is the major consideration. We next look at the percentage of reservations that cancelled that day due to rain. Lastly, we take into consideration how many holes, if any, a group completed. These factors are combined to determine the appropriate final charges.

How do I arrange for prizes or gift packages for my group?
The Quarry Golf Club has a fully stocked Pro Shop with custom logo capabilities and set event prize packages. Consult with the PGA Professional assigned to your event to discuss choices.
What do I do if I want to provide our own beverages for my group while they play?
TABC laws are very rigid for alcohol consumption. Alcohol must be purchased through The Quarry Golf Club to be consumed on site. Distribution can only be handled by Quarry Golf Club staff. Food and Beverage can only be provided by our facility. Sunday is the only day alcohol can not be served before 12:00p.m.
My contract has been signed, what comes next?
You will have been provided material to consider in setting up your outing at the time you receive your contract. Our tournament coordinator will be in touch with you approximately 3 weeks prior to your event to go over the final details of your outing and the information required. In the meantime, please feel free to call with any questions.
Where do I ship materials for my outing?
Any materials you would like to ship for your outing can be sent to The Quarry Golf Club 444 East Basse Road, San Antonio, TX 78209. Please put the event date and name on the boxes.
How many rental sets do you have for use and what are the fees?
The Quarry Golf Club has an exclusive offering of rental clubs from Titleist. We have 40 Men’s right handed sets, 5 Ladies sets, and 5 Left handed sets. We can provide additional sets if required for large groups. The fee for rental clubs is $55 per set and includes 6 golf balls and tees for play.
How long will it take for my group to play?
Pace of play averages 4 1/2 hours, Full field events of 144 players can take up to 5 hours.
What is the dress code?
The dress code stipulates that men must wear collared shirts. We do not allow metal spikes.
