Golf Service Staff

• Player Services
  • Assists guests with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts, and club-cleaning service
  • Provides carts for guests by bringing them to the cart staging area, and returning them to cart storage free of debris, towels, and scorecards
  • Operates equipment to retrieve range balls from the driving range, and washes range balls for play as well as future events
  • Maintains cleanliness and neatness of equipment and facility
  • Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations

• Pro Shop
  • The primary function of the Golf Shop Assistant is to provide first-contact customer interaction including booking tee times, checking in golfers, selling merchandise, and cleaning and stocking the Golf Shop
  • The Golf Shop Assistant will also be assigned specific, often
    varying tasks on a day-to-day basis by the General Manager and Head Golf Professional
  • Be able to adapt to meet changing demands and requirements while in
    the workplace

Food & Beverage

• Waitstaff
  • Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options
  • Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
  • Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance with cleanliness standards
  • Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
  • Deliver checks and accept payment
  • Work with other staff as a team
  • Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

• Beverage Cart
  • Assist guests with beverages as they are playing golf on the  course
  • Take orders and receive payment from guests
  • Serves food and drinks utilizing appropriate food/drink handling techniques
  • Maintains a professional demeanor at all times to everyone
