The Majestic and Empire Theatres
Rooted in the heart of downtown San Antonio are the historic Majestic Theater (1929) as well as the Empire Theater (1914). These nationally recognized landmarks are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Home to the Broadway in San Antonio series, as well as live concerts, comedy shows and other theater arts.

Carver Community Cultural Center
Home to prime artistic acts, community outreach and educational programs. Renovated and reopened in 1977, as the Carver Community Cultural Center. With acts such as musical performances, speakers, in addition to dance and theater.

The San Antonio Museum of Art
Located in what was once the historic Lone Star Brewery. Known for one of the most complete ancient Greek, Roman, and Egyptian art collections in the southern United States. The Nelson A. Rockefeller Latin American wing covers multiple ages. Including but not limited to the ancient Americas through present day. In addition to these, it also houses a stellar collection of folk art. In the modern galleries, works of world renowned artists coupled with notable Texas and regional art. The Asian art wing displays works from Korea, India, Japan, and China.
